Reading through the list of features, I can see some really usefull things that would make email much easier. I especially like the way Gmail stacks conversation threads together. I think that is both intuitive and efficient.
Best thing since sliced bread...especially for 24/7 internet users and CML power-users. If you’re researching on or off the internet and come across a book title referenced in a document, it's easy to enter the title in the tool bar and see if CML owns it. Saves time!
